Born in 1984, my name is Vasilis Ntaopoulos and I am a social scientist and a photographer based in Larissa, Greece. My educational background derives from my studies in Social Anthropology (BA & Msc) and Gestalt therapy. My relationship with photography started in 2013, and since then I had the chance to be a member of Larissa’s Photography Club and a member of “f plus” photography group as well. I have participated in several workshops (selected lecturers: P.Petridis, G.Karailias, G.Prinos, N.Christia, L.Zotou) and group exhibitions in Greece (selected “Young Greek Photographers” Athens Photo Festival 2019), and my photography work has been featured in online and printed publications (selected: Urbanautica, Map 6 Collective, The Provinces, Lifo, Photologio, Kiosk of Democracy, Pop Sonality).
